Halloween 2008

A princess, Indiana Jones, Samuel is Darth Vader (this is the first year he wore a mask!), and a Colonial Patriot messenger/soldier (he didn't have a musket here, so he was carrying his pack full of copies of the Declaration of Independence!).
I'll tell more about Halloween later, just wanted to post this photo before it's Thanksgiving!

very cute picture of the children.

You must live in the most beautiful place in the world!

I have never been to the northeast but I sure want to visit the area sometime.

Your blog looks great.

Those are cute costumes! Did you make them/put them together yourself?

Thanks for the nice comments everyone!

There are some areas around here with stunning views. If our house sat up just a few feet higher on our little hill we would have a great view of the valley.

I remember driving through this area many years ago on my way to college in Pennsylvania (My family lived in Virginia Beach at the time) and thinking how beautiful it was here. Little did I know that I would live here 15 years later!

Stephanie, the only costume I put together was the colonial patriot one. The rest were store bought! I wish that I was one of those creative Moms that could put costumes together. Maybe when I have more time on my hands!
